ENTRY AND MID-LEVEL ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTISTS
To work on and manage projects involving environmental compliance programs, field investigations, site characterization, data analyses, lead/asbestos/hazardous & solid waste surveys, final reports & deliverables, risk assessments, Phase I/II assessments, and other projects for the military, federal,state, county, as well as various commercial/privatesector clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include an undergraduate degree (preferably in an environmental-related field), 1-3 years of experience in similar capacity; excellent writing abilities for report preparation and review; proficiency in MS Word, Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Access a plus. The ideal candidate will enjoy the fast pace of an entrepreneurial set of companies, and developing others professionally in addition to themselves. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
The QC Manager will work with the customer and other contractor staff to ensure QC objectives are met in accordance with the contract requirements and ensure that high standards of service delivery are maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a four year United States accredited college or university with a degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, engineering technology, building construction, or building science.
Completed Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course and maintains a current certificate.
Five (5) years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer; and at least two years experience as a QC Manager on DOD construction projects.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER
The Construction Project Engineer is responsible to assist senior construction professionals to plan, develop, and manage various infrastructure and industrial construction projects. Perform pre-bid site visits and material take-offs in support of estimating activities. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors in obtaining and evaluating quotes for materials, supplies and services. Facilitate permit applications with local authorities, environmental agencies and state or federal entities. Ensure the cleanliness and safe, sanitary conditions of the site. Coordinate the preparation of contract submittals such as QC plans, safety plans, vendor data, etc. Prepare and track the progress of Requests for Information. Inspect and document site environmental protection measures, construction progress, and subcontractor performance. Provide input to senior management regarding project status. Act as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met. Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed. Assist with preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and submittals Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a critical thinker and a good listener, have excellent problem solving skills, and be a good monitor and decision maker. Must have comprehension for written or verbal graphic instructions, and must possess good communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Construction Quality Control certification preferred. Safety Trained Supervisor certification preferred.

UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE TECHNICAN (UXO) I
Perform UXO detection using hand-held metal detectors for surface/subsurface clearance operations. In addition to being able to fully perform all UXO-Clearance/Sweep Personnel functions, with direction and supervision from senior UXO-qualified personnel, UXO Technician I personnel may: Reconnoiter and classify UXO and Discarded Military Munitions (DMM); identify all types of military munitions, including possible fuzes and their condition, armed or unarmed. Examples of these military munitions are: · Projectiles · Rockets · Land mines and associated components · Pyrotechnic items · Military explosives and demolition materials · Grenades · Excavate subsurface UXO and DMM; Move and/or consolidate UXO and DMM that has been determined acceptable for movement within a Munitions Response Site (MRS) or Munitions Response Area (MRA), but not over public traffic routes. Transport demolition materials, UXO and DMM that have been determined safe for transport over public traffic routes, when required. Prepare firing systems, both electric and non-electric, for demilitarization operations; Assist in inspections of Material Potentially Presenting an explosive hazard; Construct UXO-related protective works; and, other duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
All UXO personnel shall be U.S. citizens. Individual must have OSHA 40-hour training in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and be in the medical monitoring program prior to starting on-site work. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: The individual must be a graduate of a qualified UXO School, as per Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board (DDESB) Technical Publication (TP) 18. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described in this section are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE TECHNICAN (UXO) II
In addition to being able to fully perform all of the UXO Technician I (T1) functions, UXOTII personnel may: Properly store explosive materials per applicable guidance; Determine precise location in field environment using a variety of techniques such as use of global positioning equipment, or basic land navigation techniques using topographical map and compass; Perform field collection procedures to identify contaminated soil; Prepare an on-site holding area to temporarily stow munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) that has an acceptable risk of movement. Operate modes of transportation for transporting UXO, for which the risk of movement has been determined acceptable, when appropriate. Perform limited technical supervision of UXO Clearance/Sweep personnel; Escort personnel who are not directly involved in UXO ¿ related operations (e.g. personnel performing environmental monitoring), but have activities to perform within exclusion areas. Inspect material potentially presenting an explosive hazard (MPPEH) for the presence of explosive safety hazards. Other duties that may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: The individual must be a graduate of a qualified explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) school. As an exception, a UXO Technician II may be a graduate of a qualified UXO school and have at least three years commercial UXO experience, as required by DDESB TP18. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described in this section are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. In addition to being able to fully perform all of the UXO Technician I and II functions, UXO Technician III personnel may: Supervise clearance/sweep teams; Supervise and perform the on-site demilitarization of munitions of explosive concern (MEC), and handling of demolition materials; Prepare an explosives storage plan per all applicable guidance; Prepare required UXO munitions response actions and/or range maintenance administrative reports; Prepare standard operating procedures for on-site munitions responses and/or for range clearance activities; Assist in performing risk and hazards analyses; Conduct daily site safety briefings; Supervise the conduct of all on-site UXO-related operations; and Inspect and certify and/or verify Material Potentially Presenting an Explosive Hazard (MPPEH) as safe, or as to the explosive hazard it may present for transfer within Department of Defense (DoD) or release from DoD control per current policies and standards. Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
